The underage students of Institut de Touraine should provide hospitalization authorization and going out authorization, signed by their parents, before their stay.
In the event of a medical emergency, the admission in a French hospital of a child requires the express agreement of his/her legal representatives (in general, the parents). The underage student should bring to his host family a completed and signed hospitalization authorization as well as a copy of his parents' passports.
Going out authorization
The child can only go out at night upon express agreement by his/her legal representatives (in general, his parents). The underage student should provide his host family with a completed going out authorization that mentions the name of the host family and a copy of his parents' passports.
