The student affairs department helps students before they arrive at Tours and during their stay.
It deals with:
- registration,
- accommodation,
- resident permit applications,
- tours,
- sports
A 4-strong team is available to deal with all student matters. We also assist our students in everyday official and administrative procedures in France (health, insurance, bank accounts etc).
The resource centre houses the establishment's library and the media centre.
Resource centre staff advise and give guidance to students wishing to continue learning on their own, or in connection with class projects.
A wealth of information on cultural events and shows in Tours is available in the library.
…not forgetting the Friday film club, which is organized by the library.
The academic department plans courses, timetables and examinations. It issues diplomas and certificates.
The department is directly responsible for registrations for the DELF and DALF exams or the Paris Chamber of Commerce exams.
A staff of two provide students with information and guidance on all matters relating to their courses and examinations.
A development officer is in charge of international relations and of promoting Institut de Touraine.
Her duties include the management of relations with numerous partners of the school, and working out programmes for heads of groups wanting to establish relations with out school.
The technical department is responsible for computers, networks, technical services, safety and building works.
Its staff of two does its utmost to ensure students work in the best possible conditions. They also maintain the premises.
The accountant is in charge of:
- financial transactions,
- personnel management.
